HAIR TRANSPLANTATION WITHOUT SHAVING

It is preferred especially in long-haired patients and women who do not have a large balding area, as it will reduce the discomfort of complete shaving. It starts with shaving a small area in the donor area and goes with harvested grafts are implanted to recipient area. Becasue of recipient area is not shaven it allow patients to go back their social life more faster.

USING BODY HAIR

In order to support the donor area in patients with large balding space, it is aimed to reach the targeted number of grafts by taking the some follicules from beard area aswell. Theoretically, hair follicles on the chest and other parts of the body can also be used, but the retention rate of these relatively weak roots is low and it is seen that they shed again over time.

HAIR TRANSPLANTATION

SAPPHIRE FUE

It is performed by taking the hair follicles one by one from the donor area(SAFE ZONE) and placing them into the channels we opened using sapphire-tipped pens on the recipient area. Channels are opened as much as the thickness of the grafts themselves , which prevents the scalp from being cut more than necessary. Thus, the scalp heals faster and there is less crusting. Since the channels are opened in harmony with the original hair with sapphire pens, the growing directions and growing angles of the hair can be adjusted. In addition we manage to open more frequent channels side by side, more natural, more dense hair transplantation results are available

DHI METHOD

In the DHI method, after the hair follicles are taken, they are placed in DHI pens according to their size; It is transplanted directly to empty or sparse areas. Again, the skin is pierced as much as the grafts itself, so that it heals faster and provides a natural appearance as the growing directions and growing angles of the hair can be adjusted. The DHI method gives successful results if the appropriate patient is selected. It is not the right approach to recommend it to everyone just as a marketing tactic, as has been done a lot lately.

HYBRID HAIR TRANSPLANTATION

Dr. Mahmut Alan Kaya has been practicing Hybrid Hair Transplantation, in which we combine Sapphire FUE and DHI methods, for a very long time. It is an extremely successful method when performed in appropriate patients. In this techique we use DHI method to densify balding areas and we use Sapphire pen method to fill the areas that completely bald in the same session. This allows us to achieve densely packed results.

OTHER TRANSPLANTATIONS

BEARD- MOUSTACHE TRANSPLANTATION

In many people, hair may not grow in the beard and mustache areas as a result of genetic predisposition or certain diseases, and sometimes after traumas such as accident or burn. These gaps can be regional or cover the entire beard or mustache. In addition, transplantation is applied to those who find their existing beard-mustache sparse or want to change their shape. The gaps in these areas are filled with the transplantation of hair follicles taken from the nape area (donor area) and implanted to recipient areas by using Sapphire FUE or DHI methods.

EYEBROW TRANSPLANTATION

As in the beard, hair may not grow on the eyebrows due to genetics, previous illness or accidents. Again, these gaps can be regional or cover the entire eyebrows. Apart from this, eyebrow transplantation can be performed for reasons such as giving volume to the existing eyebrows and changing their shape, purely for aesthetic concerns. The gaps in these areas can also be filled or reshaped by transplanting suitable hair follicles taken from the nape area (donor area) by using Sapphire FUE or DHI methods.

COVERING BURN OR SCAR TISSUES

Hair follicle transplantation can be performed on the scalp, beard area, mustache area and eyebrows to cover permanent scars caused by operation stiches, skin diseases or injuries like burn. In some cases we may have to preapare the recipient area with techniques like fat injection, SVF injection, additional prp treatments.

MESOTHERAPY AND PRP TREATMENTS

MESOTHERAPY

In Mesotherapy, Scientifically proven drugs or drug cocktails produced for the scalp, are injected in balding areas. According to the content of the drugs, it increases the success of hair transplantation and reduces hariloss amount by increasing the regeneration capacity of the skin, accelerating the formation of new vessels, increasing the blood supply of hair follicules via vascular dilatation.

PRP

It is done by taking the patient’s blood and separating certain cells from that blood and giving it to the scalp more intensely than normal. It is not a hair-specific treatment method. It has many medical uses, it has been proven that it accelerates the recovery in the scalp, increases the success rate after transplantation, and strengthens the existing hair.
